You are awesome! That’s why we want to pay you up to $1000 for referring healthcare providers just like you. For every caregiver you refer to us that completes 520 hours of work, we reward you with up to a $1000 bonus!

- Any McEachnie Staffing employee may refer a new candidate.
- The referral can directly contact us (make sure they give your name) or use this online form.
- We will contact your referral and determine their eligibility, and contact you with our determination.
- Once the colleague you referred successfully completes 208 billable hours, you will be eligible for up to $1000.
- All referrals must be a new contact and not already in the McEachnie Staffing database.
- Make sure McEachnie Staffing has your contact info so we know how to reach you with your bonus.
- You will earn a bonus upon each professional you refer that completes a full 13-week assignment (minimum of 208 billable hours based on a 36-hour workweek, or 520 billable hours for a 40 hour work week). If the referred employee is working PRN, he or she must work a minimum of 208 hours to be eligible for the bonus.
- Referred professionals must start an assignment within 6 months of the application date. If your referral takes an assignment but does not complete all 13 weeks within that year, they will have up to one year to come back and make up the remaining weeks, and you can still receive your referral bonus.
- In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the referrers.
